For years I am saying ‘this year I will make an advent calendar!’  But years went by and nothing happened, until this year!  I finally started!  And yes today I finished my ever first calendar, at least the bags.  I still have to fill them with some treats and the nativity story, but hey I find it a big accomplishment already!

After I made a template for folding a bag, I started to draw some christmas icons on my Ipad.  In Illustrator I’ve put them all together and finally made a pdf of it.

And because I would like you to enjoy this advent period too, I made this free pdf available for you too.  But then I realized that it’s not that easy to explain how to fold these bags.  So when I give this advent calendar for free, you’ll need some guidance too.

And suddenly I hit another milestone, making my first-ever video tutorial!  It is and was scary to make, but I hope it’s clear enough for you to understand!
